Football Frenzy Gluten Free Dip
1 Udis Gluten Free French bread baguette 2 pk.
1 8oz block of Cream cheese
1 8oz bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 Sliced green onion
2 cups diced ham (don’t use deli meat, it contains too much water)
Chili Powder to taste
In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, green onion and ham. Mix unit all indigents are combined. Add the chili powder to taste. Set the cheese mixture aside. Take one of the Udis Gluten free baguettes and cut long hole in the top. Use a soupspoon to hollow out the bread, creating a bread bowl. Place on a cookie sheet and add the mixture to the side of the bread. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, until the cheese mixture has melted and the bread is golden brown. Cube the other baguette. Serve warm with cubed bread.
