Rock’n S’more Cookies
2/3 Cup Diary Free Butter
1-Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Water
2 cups Flour (use a heartier flour, I use gluten free Namaste Flour)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Cups Kraft Marshmallows
1 Cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

Cream together the shorting, brown sugar, water, and vanilla with a mixer. Slowly add the flour, salt, baking soda and baking soda. Mix in the marshmallows and chip last. Form into one-inch balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Don’t worry if they flatten out, the sugar in the marshmallows will cause that.
